The manager you will message with from abroad was super organized and replied within 24 hours. Weldon arranged me with those things transportation, flight and trekking gears with each issue that arises. Keshab and his crew were not just there but helped with sympathy and fear made what could have been a true nightmare, especially in my weakened condition, a manageable situation. Our guide sudip was super professional and knew everything about the Everest regions.
