Cultural Bhutan Tour Itinerary

Upon entry in Paro, clear immigration. Keep your documents handy and keep a copy of each document for immigration purpose. Your tour guide will be waiting outside the arrival terminal and drive to Thimpu. Touring the city at night. Overnight in Thimpu (L/D/A).

Entire day touring in Thimpu. You will visit important sites namely, Memorial Chorten, Zilukha Nunnery, Takin Sanctuary, Indigenous Hospital, Textile Museum, and Heritage Museum, Traditional School of expressions and artworks and Tashicho Dzong. Upon the accessible time, you will likewise visit Zangdopelri temple, paper factory, and different sights. Overnight in Thimpu. (B/L/D/A).

After breakfast, drive back to Paro. Morning hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger's nest). It is Bhutan's most noticeable cultural icon roosted 800m up an apparently sheer cliff. It is trusted that in the eighth century, the tantric master Guru Rimpoche/ Padmasambhava (2nd Buddha) flew on the back of a tigress to the site where the religious group now stands. Checklist for Bhutan Tour
